For those wanting to USe our space for private gatherings, meetings, photoshoots, book launches or tiny concerts that are beyond our scope or capacity of co-organizing.
Collaborative
events that align with what we do and dig, like we’re two birds who sat on the same branch, chirping tunes to each other in an impromptu jam session at great height :)
Booking Process:
Get in touch well in advance, especially for weekend dates.
Agreement:
A formal agreement will be signed by both parties, detailing all terms, conditions, and financial arrangements.
Noise Levels:
Events must respect our neighbors and the general atmosphere of the bookstore.
Cancellation Policy:
Specific cancellation terms will be outlined in the respective agreements.
Alcohol & Food:
Any plans for serving alcohol or food must be discussed and approved in advance. Specific permits or licenses may be required for alcohol service (Renter's responsibility).
Damage:
Any damage to SUPeR's property will be the responsibility of the Renter/Collaborator.
