Private Event

  • Exclusive use of the agreed-upon SUPER space(s) (bookstore and/or workshop room) for the booked duration

    Basic lighting and climate control

    Access to restrooms (and kitchen upon agreement)

    Basic furniture (tables, chairs) as available

    Wi-Fi access

    Sound system

  • Space Provision: Ensure the rented space is clean, safe, and accessible at the agreed-upon time.

    Basic Utilities: Provide access to electricity, lighting, climate control, and Wi-Fi.

    Access: Grant access to the space for setup and breakdown within the agreed rental period.

    Staffing: A member of SUPeR will be on the premises to open and close, and make sure everything is going smoothly during the event.

    Equipment: Provide basic furniture as agreed upon in the rental contract.

  • Event Planning & Execution: Full responsibility for all aspects of event planning, organization, setup, and execution. This includes guest management, decorations, and any specific AV needs (unless otherwise agreed)

    Promotion: If the event is open to the public, the Renter is solely responsible for all promotion and marketing efforts.

    Setup & Takedown: Manage all setup and takedown within the booked rental period.

    Cleanup: Ensure the space is left in the same condition as it was found, including removal of all trash, decorations, and personal belongings.

    Damage: The Renter is responsible for any damage to SUPER's property incurred during the rental period.

  • Pricing varies depending on who you are ;)

    If rental fees are to be charged, depending on the space(s) used and the duration, a detailed quote will be provided upon inquiry.

    Additional fees may apply for extensive setup/takedown assistance, specialized equipment, featuring the event on our website/social media, or cleaning beyond normal wear and tear.

    No deposit is required, but you are liable for any damage to SUPeR's property incurred during the time you are there.
