Dive into the body through a guided somatic experience that opens space for movement, stillness, and writing. It’s an invitation to tune in before you head off on holiday — offering tools for connecting with your bodymind.
We’ll explore the interplay between unspoken bodily sensations and verbal expression, investigating the tension and energy of both, and how they inform or disrupt each other. Can words capture—or miss—the essence of you? We’ll close with space for sharing and connection, to reflect on the experience and begin to integrate what’s emerged.
Sara is a writer, artist, and embodiment guide based in Copenhagen. With a background in dance, improvisation, and somatic practices, she explores how body awareness can become part of everyday life. Her approach draws from regenerative leadership, Theory U, non-dual tantra, Body-Mind Centering, and the Inner Development Goals. She’s practiced yoga for six years and currently leads somatic experiences as spaces for people to reconnect with their bodymind felt sense. A longtime lover of language, Sara has always written poetry and been fascinated by the power of words. Lately, she’s been exploring how language can spark movement—and how movement can speak in return. This workshop grows from that journey: movement becoming language, and language returning to the body.
