You'll learn about the technique of traditional paper making and discover eco-friendly techniques using recycled natural fibers. studio circOlar will guide you to make your unique handmade paper, experiment with texture, colour, and even embed natural elements like grass or leaves into your paper.
You will use the paper you crafted from Session 1 as the cover for your unique notebook. The Print House will introduce you to non-adhesive binding techniques where all the pages are sewn together with waxed linen.
What is provided: All the tools and materials for paper-making and notebook binding is provided. We recommend the participants wearing practical clothing that they don’t mind getting a little messy with water and pulp :)
