Dream Interpretation Workshop w. Javier
What could it mean? This has to be a common reaction to the vivid and alluring imagery that takes place as we dream. We recall our dreams in awe, yet we often stumble when we try to understand their messages, which are expressions of our inner life. Dreams speak in symbols, and the objective of this workshop is to learn how to interpret the symbolic elements, to then uncover what our dreams are trying to tell us.
This hands-on workshop focuses on a four-step method (derived from Jungian psychology) which provides the fundamentals of dream interpretation. The goal is to learn by doing. By the end of the workshop each participant will take home a complete interpretation of a dream, and the techniques to repeat the exercises at home.
