Harmonize your life: explore your dosha with Ayurveda
Ayurveda is the traditional Indian medicine. In Ayurveda, we believe that each person has a body type called dosha (Pitta, Kapha, Vata).
In this workshop, I will explain what Ayurveda is and how we can apply it to our modern lives. You will also learn about your specific dosha (body type) and receive general recommendations for better health (both mental and physical). By understanding your dosha and applying the wisdom of Ayurveda to your diet and lifestyle, you will enhance your daily life (health and well-being). It is also an opportunity to get to know yourself better, to understand what is “good” and “bad” for you based on your dosha, and to learn to listen to your body.
In Ayurveda, we prioritize prevention over healing. It makes more sense to invest a little energy in staying healthy than to expend a lot of energy trying to recover from illness. We will explore these concepts together, and you’ll be free to ask questions about this wonderful ancient Indian medicine. Join us to discover how to become a better version of yourself!
